2. Purpose
Gigbusters is a tool that connects musicians and bands, venues and promoters, and audiences, to make live music happen. Using the site and the app implies acceptance of the Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines, and implies having been informed through the Privacy Policy.
3. Contact channels
For the purposes of articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services, the following electronic contact points are designated, valid both for the authorities and for any person using the service. The languages of communication are Spanish and English.

4. Intellectual and industrial property
The Gigbusters brand, logo, design, original texts and software belong to Era Creativa Agencia Digital S.L.U. or its licensors. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation is not authorised without written permission, beyond the uses the law allows.
Content published by users remains theirs; they grant us only the limited licence described in section 5 of the Terms of Use. Audio and video are shown embedded from third-party platforms and belong to their respective owners.
Part of the gig listings comes from open data portals and other reusable public sources; in those cases the origin is credited on the event page itself, under each source's licence. Mapping data comes from OpenStreetMap and its contributors.
If you believe content published here infringes your intellectual property rights, write to moderacion@gigbusters.com giving the link, the work concerned and your standing. We will remove it where appropriate.
5. Liability
Gigbusters is a hosting service provider: we store and display information supplied by users. Under article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 and article 16 of Spanish Act 34/2002, we are not liable for that information provided we have no actual knowledge of its illegality and, once we do, we act diligently to remove or block it. That is exactly what we do, through the procedure described in the Community Guidelines.
We do not generally monitor what is published, nor is there any obligation to do so. Nor are we a party to the agreements users close with each other, nor liable for their performance, nor for what happens at a gig advertised here.
We do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption or free of errors, although we take reasonable measures to that end. The limits of liability, and what is never excluded, are in section 12 of the Terms of Use.
6. Links
The site contains links to third-party pages — artists' social media, venue websites, ticket sales — over which we have no control and for whose content we are not liable. A link implies neither endorsement nor any relationship with its owner.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and what is stored on your device, in the Cookie Policy.
8. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Where the user acts as a consumer, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with consumer protection rules.
