Email communications

Version 2.0 · Last updated: 28 July 2026

When you create your account you can agree to receive email communications from Gigbusters. It is optional and you can turn it on or off whenever you want. Here is what we would send and how to manage it.

1. What these communications are

If you agree, we may email you:

2. Emails you will always get (these are not those)

Regardless of this preference, we will send you the emails that are essential to the service: confirming your email when you sign up, password resets, and security notices about your account. These are needed to use the platform and are not part of the optional communications.

3. How to turn it on or off

You can change this preference at any time, without giving reasons, from the app itself:

The change is immediate. On top of that, once we start sending them, every email will carry an unsubscribe link in its footer: one click and you stop receiving them, without having to open the app. You can also reply to any of them or write to us.

As of today we do not send any marketing communications at all. The only emails leaving here are the essential ones described in the next section. Ticking the box when you sign up means you agree to receive them once they exist, not that something is coming tomorrow.

4. Legal basis and your data

These communications are sent on the basis of your consent, which we request separately and optionally when you sign up, as required by article 21 of Spanish Act 34/2002. You can withdraw it at any time without the slightest effect on your use of the service: no Gigbusters feature is conditional on accepting them.

We process your email in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The data controller is Era Creativa Agencia Digital S.L.U.
